Job Description
Looking to hire experienced professionals to join the newly formed Center ofExcellence (CoE). We re looking for problem solvers, people who are passionate aboutdeveloping new insights and ground-breaking recommendations across a wide range of sectors
and fields. As a Manager, Center of Excellence, you will Work alongside other colleagues and stakeholders on challenging projects, increasing your understanding of complex economic & business problems and experiencing a steeplearning curve, both professionally and personally.
Play a key role on projects, managing studies to define the needs and supervisingresearch activities to obtain relevant data. Oversee the formulation of hypotheses forresearch and investigation, build the required analyses, develop actionablerecommendations, and supervise work end to end.
Be an active player and effective contributor to the establishment of CoE structure andduring its day-to-day operations (e.g.: project pipeline, quality control, knowledgemanagement, etc.)
Lead multidisciplinary teams (in house and external vendors) on short- and long-termprojects to deliver value to stakeholders
Coach junior colleagues and support them in their growth and development journey.
Lead projects in a highly effective manner with the ability to orchestratemultidisciplinary teams to meet goals
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, autonomous, able to tolerate ambiguity,self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit
Strong work ethic & service-mentality
Acting as a highly effective coach and mentor, guiding team members and juniorcolleagues
Arabic and English language proficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor s Degree in Economics. Master s Degree is a plus.
Good years at a top tier consulting firm working in the space of economic developmentand/or other strategy management topics
Strong analytical skills and a high capacity for conceptual thinking.
Strong management and communication skills.
Able to engage with senior stakeholders - owning conversations, demonstrating expertpresence and credibility
