Job Description

• Manage and schedule company executive’s calendar and email, making sure he is focused on the most relevant tasks
• Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company’s executive
• Represent the CEO and manage communication and relationship with the client and stakeholders
• Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents, attending and taking accurate minutes of meetings and follow up with individuals (team)
• Maintain various records and documents for company’s executive
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Manage Clickup as the primary Project Management Software
• Ensure that projects are delivered on-time with high level of accuracy and quality
• Perform other related duties

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field.
• Experience in Digital Marketing for (1-2) years
• Excellent time-management skills
• Ability to be accurate and pay attention to details
• Organization skills and ability to multitask
• You have to be a strong communicator and familiar with digital marketing terms
• Interpersonal skills
• Outstanding reporting and presentation skills
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Fluent in English and Arabic)
