Job Description
- Oversee the day to day operations
- Driving sales and overseeing the execution and implementation of key business initiatives for The Spa
- Ensuring that the hotel standards and procedures are fully known and followed.
- Develop a culture of self-motivation and performance
- Manage and analysis of any guest complaint / feedbacks
- Deal with all membership enquiries, membership sales and renewals
- Create ongoing in-house promotions and activities to stimulate sales, staff and customers (hotel guests, day visitors and members)
