Job Description
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters
- Meeting with clients and understand their business and the project’s requirements
- Prepare suggested project plan and well-studied quotation
- Prepare and negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Effectively choose a team to work for the assigned project internally or externally
- When chooses external team, negotiate their costs in proper way
- Setting briefing sessions to the team members and insure the understanding of client’s requirement
- Review the work with client and edit it with the team when needed
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives
- Manage client’s day to day communications
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Ensure that clients are satisfied and meeting their expectation
- Collaborative with creative team and answer their queries
