Job Description
- Will be expected to actively participate in the planning and execution of Lean projects and cellular flow with emphasis to overall levels of customer satisfaction
- Candidate will apply ACE principles and methodologies
- Contribute to EH&S objectives by proactively identifying potential issues and providing positive root cause problem identification and corrective action
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement to eliminate waste and drive efficiency
- Supervises, hires, trains, and provides orientation to staff
- Interfaces with the customers, suppliers, and other departments to ensure approved material is available to spoke personnel
- Provides field and office support using internal databases and troubleshooting tools
- Enforces proper inventory procedures and ensures timely transactions by Warehouse personnel
- Assists with projects and material versus project yields
- Ensures proper documentation of processes, equipment, systems, employee relation issues, investigations
