Process and maintain personnel records and files by following up the employees' credentials completion and developing personnel files for newcomers to ensure adherence to the personnel filing system.
Follow up probation periods due date for the new comers.
Manage the employees data and needed transactions on our software system.
Create employees contracts before their joining date.
Manage the process of employee termination and suspension (resignations, end of contract…etc.) employees.
Administer termination procedures by exiting terminated employees out of the system and accomplish required documents and make financial Settlement and papers to ensure updated and accurate employee database.
Handling all Personnel activities (files, leaves recording and balances, dealing with labor and social insurance authorities ...etc.)
Providing & generating the regular reports to all concerned parties.
Responsible for Application tracking system data base (inserting applicants data)
Handle & Coordinate the recruitment & hiring procedures.
Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications upon the job needed criteria.
Screening CVs.
Make HR initial phone interview to prepare the needed shortlisted applicants.
Scheduling jib interviews and assisting in interview process.
Job Requirements
Excellent communication skills
Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
Understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
