Job Description
- Definition & roll out of the hotel’s annual Marketing plan, in line with the brand positioning and hotel’s commercial imperatives, executing tactical / awareness campaigns, budget allocation, agency briefing & management, paid media activation (via external media & IHG Boost program), social & email marketing, photography shoots & content review. Media planning & execution based on available budget, inclusive but not limited to digital media, performance marketing and relevant offline media to target key audiences. Social Media calendar creation with relevant content and assets in line with overall marketing approach and hotel’s positioning. Manage Social channels effectively& efficiently. Research,writing & distribution of press releases, creating a Media kit, keep update a database of local & international (if needed) press contacts. Nurture key influencers for cross functional collaboration, hotel’s positioning & drive revenue. Marketing campaigns, activities & PR coverage reporting and update to key stakeholders, with a lens on key competitor’s activities. Perform other duties as assigned.
