Training & Development:
- Assist in the coordination of training programs and workshops.
- Support employee development initiatives including tracking employee progress and offering feedback.
- Work with department managers and team leaders to identify skill gaps and training needs across the organization.
- Work closely with external trainers or consultants as needed to deliver specialized training programs.
- Implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs including feedback surveys quizzes and performance assessments.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in Training and Development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to create engaging and effective training materials and programs.
- Experience with elearning platforms and online training methods.
