Savills is looking for a motivated and innovative professional to join our growing Strategic Consultancy team. In this role you will not only develop your expertise but also play a pivotal part in expanding our consultancy offering.
As a trusted advisor within our business youll be the goto contact for all adhoc real estate consultancy requests while taking the lead in preparing compelling pitches and tenders. Your insights and strategic thinking will help shape detailed analyses and comprehensive real estate studies for key mandates across KSA.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive primary and secondary research to analyze real estate markets assessing supply demand and performance across various components.
- Build and maintain a supplydemand database for multiple geographies tracking existing projects market demand and future pipeline developments.
- Perform market segmentation for different asset classes (e.g. residential retail office hotels industrial) and prepare benchmark templates for comparable projects.
- Analyze macroeconomic and property market trends and compile detailed reports covering site analysis market outlook financial projections and development plans.
- Collaborate on enhancing Savills data collection and analysis program and contribute to broader team projects within the global business.
- Develop presentations for internal and external audiences while also supporting senior leadership in preparing presentations and project proposals.
- Provide ongoing highquality support to both internal teams and external clients staying updated on market trends and contributing to business development efforts.
Skills Knowledge and Experience
- Candidates with prior experience at Big 4 or advisory firms are preferred though fresh graduates with a strong interest in financial advisory and consultancy are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint Excel Word Outlook and skilled in data management including creating charts maps and other visual tools.
- Strong understanding of real estate dynamics including supplydemand trends and performance tracking with the ability to apply this knowledge in various projects
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with colleagues clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent in English and Arabic with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Confident and diplomatic when delivering reports and presentations to diverse audiences.
- Selfdriven with the ability to work independently take initiative and maintain a proactive positive attitude.
- Detailoriented and focused on delivering precise highquality work.
- A team player with a strong willingness to learn and contribute to the success of the broader team.
