Company Overview:

Our commitment to excellence and a dynamic work environment fosters professional growth and personal development. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Specialist to join our team.

The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing various HR functions including recruitment employee relations performance management and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and the ability to support our employees and management team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Staffing:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Conduct job interviews evaluate candidates and coordinate the hiring process.

Manage onboarding and orientation for new hires.

2. Employee Relations:

Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues in a timely manner.

Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.

Conduct investigations and handle disciplinary actions as needed.

3. Performance Management:

Assist in developing performance management systems and processes.

Support managers in conducting performance appraisals and setting goals.

Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.

4. Compliance and Policy Management:

Ensure compliance with labor laws company policies and regulations.

Update and maintain HR policies and procedures.

Manage employee records and ensure confidentiality.

5. Compensation and Benefits:

Administer compensation and benefits programs.

Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive compensation practices.

Assist employees with benefitsrelated inquiries and issues.

6. HR Metrics and Reporting:

Collect and analyze HR data to provide insights and support decisionmaking.

Prepare and present HR reports to management.




Requirements

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role.

Strong knowledge of HR practices labor laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Strong problemsolving and conflictresolution skills.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.


Preferred Qualifications:


HR certification (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) is a plus.

Experience with HRIS systems.

Previous experience in IT is preferred.
