Call Center Agent

TASQ Staffing Solutions is currently looking for Englishspeaking individuals to join their team as customer service representatives in Bacolod in July and August.

To be considered for this position applicants must meet the following requirements: minimum age of 18 years a high school diploma or completion of senior high school and preferably some college experience. Previous call center experience is not mandatory but candidates who have completed the Alternative Learning System (ALS) should have at least 6 months of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) experience. Candidates must also be willing to work onsite during the graveyard shift and follow a rotating schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

As a customer service representative your main responsibility will be to assist customers by addressing their needs and concerns and providing appropriate solutions. This will involve following company and client policies and procedures understanding customer requirements clarifying information and delivering accurate solutions. Building a rapport with customers and going the extra mile to engage them will be essential. Proper documentation and maintaining productivity levels will also be part of your duties. There may be opportunities for sales activities and meeting assigned targets will be expected. Its important to note that this is a fulltime position.
