Job Title: Process Engineer
Client: Health Care Insurance Company
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Baltimore MD 21224
Purpose:
- Support application releases change management and process optimization.
- Facilitate communication among teams and with stakeholders.
- Assist in technical reviews and accommodate requests.
Essential Functions:
- 50% Communication and technical liaison for planning activities.
- 25% Process baseline creation and redesign for customer experience improvement.
- 25% Facilitate pre and postinstallation calls and technical reviews.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- 3 years of relevant experience; or additional 4 years in lieu of degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in process engineering improvement techniques and mapping.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced customerfocused environment.
Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively with changing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Disclosure of any events affecting eligibility for Federal health care programs.
