HR Staff

An HR Staff (Recruiter) is responsible for identifying attracting and hiring the best talent for an organization. Their main duties include writing and posting job advertisements screening resumes conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers to understand their needs. Recruiters also manage candidate databases ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience and stay updated on employment laws and industry trends. Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

• With at least 1 year Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• With good communication skills both oral and written
• Results oriented and resourceful
• With strong sense of urgency
• Flexible in time schedules and can handle work pressure at all times

Qualifications

A bachelors degree in human resources business administration or a related field.

Experience in HR Recruitment or a related HR function is preferred.
