1. Refresh supply and demand for DDR and ASIC components monthly
2. Consigned materials reconciliation weekly

• Pull SAP transaction history for CM(supplier) to match shipment consumption & scrap adjustment.
• Work with NPI team if any variances highlighted by CM(supplier) team

1. Monthly PCB shelf life & Heatsink TIM rework quantity review monthly
2. Ariba PO release Eg. Expeditor P3 Storage Fees Monthly PPV monthly
3. Prepping weekly backlog report and send to CM every Wed. access to HANA report weekly
4. Processing rework & RMA WO (complete MSC2N and MIGO) almost daily for the next couple of months. Training and Access for SAP will be provided.
5. Updating pack and ship qty. access to HANA report.
6. Comparison between NPI forecast vs CM MRP load weekly
7. Tracking and updating NPI commit waterfall weekly
8. Review and tracking Tooling Capacity Tracker(Files) weekly.

Job Requirements:

1. Min 2 3 experience with the equivalent bachelor degree.
2. Have knowledge to handle system(i.e SAP)
3. Must be good in excel
4. Good communication skills.
