Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Hybris Lead to join our team on a contracttohire basis. This remote position is open to candidates across India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP Hybris and a proven track record of leading successful ecommerce implementations. This role requires a deep understanding of Hybris architecture and functionality to deliver robust solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design development and implementation of SAP Hybris solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Oversee and guide the development team through all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Ensure the quality and performance of the Hybris solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP Hybris.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP Hybris trends updates and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
• 6 years of handson experience with SAP Hybris.
• Proven experience in leading fullcycle SAP Hybris implementations.
• Strong understanding of Hybris architecture including its modules and extensions.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• SAP Hybris certification is a plus.
