Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual or group career counseling sessions
• Assess individuals skills interests and aptitudes
• Provide information about educational and training programs
• Offer guidance on resume writing job search strategies and interview preparation
• Develop and deliver workshops on careerrelated topics
• Stay abreast of industry trends and labor market information
• Collaborate with educational institutions and employers to facilitate internships and employment opportunities
• Utilize assessment tools to help individuals understand their strengths and weaknesses
• Offer support and advice on managing workrelated stress and challenges
• Develop and update career resources and materials
• Monitor and evaluate clients progress and satisfaction with career plans
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in counseling practices

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Counseling Psychology or related field
• Proven experience in career counseling or related field
• Strong knowledge of career development theories and practices
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
• Empathetic and supportive approach to counseling
• Proficient in using career assessment tools
• Familiarity with educational and vocational training programs
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
• Understanding of confidentiality and ethical standards in counseling
• Certification in career counseling is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Uptodate knowledge of labor market trends
• Proficiency in computer skills and data management
• Flexibility to adapt to clients diverse needs and backgrounds
