Tasks

Leading riskbased IT and AI audits or supporting corresponding projects as a specialist in an internal audit project team / Ensuring highquality audits / Testing automated business process controls data security and integrity / Identifying IT and AI risks in systems and technology vulnerabilities using data analytical methods / Analyzing and impartially evaluating findings / Writing concise reports formulation of recommendations and discussion of best practice solutions and valueenhancing measures with the managers of the specialist teams / assessment of the effectiveness and appropriateness of internal controls / optimization of internal control systems also with regard to AI risks in cooperation with line managers from various departments / in cooperation with the Head of IT Audit development of strategies to mitigate AI risks and promotion of a culture of ethical awareness regarding AI risks / Contributing to the design of the annual IT audit plan / Advising the specialist teams on the ethical risks of AI technologies and efficient and effective methodologies / Actively maintaining relationships with stakeholders / Planning and organizing training / Ensuring compliance with and further development of ethical principles and values within the company / Presenting audit results on selected topics to the Audit committee / Representing the IT audit in specialist groups / Supporting management in identifying control deficiencies and fulfilling governance responsibilities / Monitoring developments in IT and AI / Tracking regulatory changes / Further developing audit standards and methods / Ad hoc projects and special tasks / Travel 5%.

Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree with a technical or scientific focus / CIA CISA etc. / Professional experience in a BigFour or audit experience in a global organization with IT systems and technologies / Knowledge of audit standards principles of internal controls processes assessment and design of compliance testing / Knowledge of IT audit practices and trends / Interest in identifying risks relevant details and misaligned efforts or resources / Interest in AI as well as the ethical implications of artificial intelligence (AI) / Interest in ensuring process quality risk mitigation and target achievement / Ensure that the IT systems and technologies including AI are developed and deployed in an ethical and responsible manner / Interested in ensuring potential IT and AI risks and ongoing efforts to consistently mitigate risks / Interested in strengthening the control environment / Strong analytical skills / Independent and highly teamoriented / Proactive persistent customer and resultoriented way of working / Intercultural understanding tolerance / German and English.
