Civil Quality Engineer

Mandate for Quality Civil Positions: Grade : Officer / Senior Officer / Executive / Engineer / Senior Engineer Qualification : Any Graduate / Diploma / Relevant Degree 1.Working knowledge of QM module in SAP and conversant in MS Office (Word Excel Powerpoint) 2. Analysis of quality reports and Inspection reports through digitalization & RCA & CAPA for repetitive issues 3.FOM and NCs through digitalization 4. digital signature for checking and approving of quality documents. Experience : 2 to 7 Years Principle Accountabilities: 1. To develop and finalize the standard SFQPs and approved vendors list for all materials and works under Civil/Mechanical package for Renewable projects. 2. Submission of Quality requirements for various civil/Mechanical packages for all Renewable projects. 3. Coordination with Site contractor / Engineer for timely completion of all QA & Inspection activities. 4. Review and timely approval of various quality reports from site (design mix reports major field test & inspection reports etc ). 5. Conduct site visit at the initial stage of construction for reviewing compliance of all quality requirements as per SFQP and setting up of standard processes as per Department SOP SFQP and standard guidelines. 6. To Carry out Construction/ store audit as and when assigned & submission of Audit Report in proper format as per Departmental SOP. 7. Ensure timely disposal of Non Conformity observed during inspection of materials as well as site audits per laid down procedure for Civil packages under Renewable projects. 8. To provide support to Civil FQA / Site Project Team for Renewable projects as & when required. 9. 100% compliances to safety standards of Organization during performing various inspections and site audits & surveillance for Civil Packages. 10.Monitering the Source approval & Design Mix for Solar & WindIndustrial Projects in advance from HO to expedite the construction activites as well as to support TC for contractor finalization.
