Job description of Associate Engineer

Handling TV uplink servicesrelated TV mux equipment encoders decoders etc.

Providing support for the Video Connect Network & other elements of the service setup on 24x7.

Providing end to end delivery of the service

Coordinating with our different Media Partners and Customers for any bookings and video feed transmission related issues for the above mentioned no of OUs.

Feasibility check & Allocation of ports on the network from various incoming and outgoing video feeds for live and recorded contents.

Managing different kinds of encoders and decoders like Ericsson Harris Selenio Harmonic Ellipse 1000 and Evertz.

Managing downlink OU services

Monitoring of the video & audio of various Media Customers.

Monitoring major live OU events.

Handle logistics support for Operations & Projects

Working in NOC environment in shifts dedicated to media customers managing the end to end Video Connect Service setup riding over dedicated Network including hardware equipment.

Hands on software applications like ScheduALL Navigator for performing daily duty.

Reports & MIS .

Skills :

12 years of working experience in NOC environment coordination & troubleshooting.

Qualifications and Other Attributes:

Engineering Graduate( BE or BTech in Electronics & telecom Engg.or equivalent)

Proven Academic Record.

Cisco certification (CCNA) is a plus.

Candidates must be customeroriented selfmotivated ambitious and dedicated team player.

Ability to adapt to changing environment and priorities.

Ability to manage multiple assignments and issues simultaneously to meet timelines.

Ability to manage multiple duty pattern in shifts both on site and off site.
