Primary Responsibility:

1. Ensuring & plan break down & preventive maintenance of foundry plant.

2. Ensuring furnaces sand plant cranes & core shopMaintenance.

3. Ensuring implementing of new projects.

4. Ensuring handling of man management.

5. Ensuring safety in foundry & zero accident.

6. Ensuring spare Inventory of critical parts

7. OEE.

8. Ensuring reduce break down hours & downtime by implementing in maintenance

9. To comply with TPM requirement

10. Ensuring ISO/TS implementation

11. Ensuring discipline and reduction overtime rate and absenteeism

12. Ensuring machining Improvement (Modification )

13. CFT member

14. Ensuring zero break down

15. Ensuring cost saving projects.

16. Ensuring overall responsible for maintenance activities utility service sand industrial safety

17. Ensuring Identification and development of facilities.

18. Ensuring plan for preventive and predictive maintenance.

19. Ensuring maintain critical spares parts management.

20. Ensuring review of SPC results and plan for improvement in machines and equipments.

21. Ensuring analyze break down take corrective actions on reported break down problems.

22. Give daily maintenance training to production personnel.

23. Remaining department and section in charges Responsibilities and authorities are described separately as per unit level organization chart.

24. Ensuring implement continuous improvement philosophy in maintenances

25. Keep abreast of technical development so as to be able to update machinery/equipment

26. Ensuring 5s activity to keep place conducive to work

27. Ensuring CDLs is monitored weekly and monthly basis
