About the Role
The Admin Assistant Customer Support will be in charge of handling customer concerns or inquiries about the product/services establishing client relationships. The successful candidate will manage and update clients' information through the CRM systems ensuring data compliance and accuracy.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email.
- Provide basic customer support and information through email communication.
- Handle basic customer support tasks.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide general information about products and services.
- Maintain and manage customer records within the CRM system.
- Regularly update CRM with new information and ensure data accuracy.
- Receive and input leads from Thumbtack and Yelp into the CRM system.
- Ensure all leads are accurately recorded and updated in Pipedrive.
Requirements:
- 13 years of experience in similar roles.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets.
- Proficiency in Pipedrive or similar CRM systems.
- Familiarity with Thumbtack and Yelp is a plus.
- Excellent communications skills both written and spoken.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
