Description:
Seeking a detailoriented and dynamic Executive People Operations. Will be responsible for managing and enhancing our HR processes ensuring compliance with employment laws and supporting the overall operational efficiency of the HR department. This role requires a proactive approach to problemsolving and a commitment to continuous improvement in HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daytoday HR operations including employee records HRIS and payroll administration.
- Ensure compliance with all Central State and local employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in the implementation and review of HR policies and procedures.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and amp; attendance in the HR information system and physical copies.
- Generate HR reports and metrics to support decisionmaking and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with HR team members to promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Handle employee relations issues with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Assisting in the Learning and amp; Development initiatives of the organization.
- Handling performance management procedures.
- Handling employee grievances if any and communication with employees regarding policies compliances and regulations.
- In collaboration with rest of the HR function achieve the goal of Create a wonderful workplace for our colleagues.
- Assist in monitoring adherence to internal policies and processes.
- Help in preparation of reports on the organizations HR metrics. and nbsp; and nbsp;
Key Skills
- Experience in Onboarding and amp; Offboarding
- Experience in Operate HR Programs (R and amp;R Employer Branding Employee Engagement etc)
- Knowledge of employment legislation compliance requirements and labour regulations
- Experience in Handling employee grievances and amp; document management
- Microsoft Excel and amp; Power point.
