Job Title: Telecaller (Female Candidate)

Salary Range: 8000 to 10000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic female Telecaller to join our team in Pandri Raipur. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and sales.
2. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs answer queries and provide relevant information about our products/services.
3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads to achieve sales targets.
4. Followup: Regularly follow up with leads and prospects to ensure a high conversion rate.
5. Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases and call records accurately.
6. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
7. Achieve Targets: Work towards achieving daily weekly and monthly targets as set by the management.
8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role.
2. Education: Minimum qualification of a high school diploma; a degree in any field is a plus.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
4. CustomerOriented: Strong customer service skills and a friendly positive demeanor.
5. Basic Computer Knowledge: Proficiency in using MS Office and basic computer applications.
6. Adaptability: Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
7. Work Ethic: Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
8. Local Candidates Preferred: Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Pandri Raipur.
