WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Define and oversee the execution of company global mobile application User Growth strategy in line with expansion objectives

• Lead and manage grow our newly established User Growth team including user acquisition engagement content and gamification

• Leverage data to priorities the right projects and to optimize user growth strategies accordingly

• Develop and manage the growth marketing budget allocating resources efficiently to maximize return on investment

• Analyze user data and behavioral patterns to identify opportunities for enhancing acquisition and retention

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• 5 years of experience in leading strategic growth marketing efforts for mobile apps.

• Proven track record of driving sustainable user growth and engagement.

• Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Expertise in data analysis and performance marketing.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field.
