BASIC FUNCTION:
Lead all the activities of the data analysis and help management to take decisions on data.
A. Support in new project implementation
B. Data analysis of existing business scenarios and highlight the issues.
C. Prepare and follow plan for every part for lean manufacturing and optimal space utilisation
D. ensure safety an efficient use of manpower managing the team.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Adhoc research of software solutions creative usage of digital technology supply chain and product development innovative products .
2. Well versed with production planning and in plant logistics.
3. Performing systematic business analysis defining business requirements that are in line with business and operations needs.
4. PFEP Preparation and finalization.
5. New project planning and execution with projects department.
6. Successful design and validation for annual inventory process software later horizontally deployed across sector.
7. Defines monitors and continuously improve appropriate methods of classification and analysis of inventory items and stock management models.
8. Identifies and executes projects to reduce handling costs and increase service level.
9. Eventually liaise with suppliers carriers and other companies of the KOHLER group about parts logistic flows.
10. Establish program goals and objectives for collaborators and set priorities.
11. According to the organizational role he/she monitors and checks that all safety rules are observed and respected in the workplace and that the team performs the working activities
according to the above procedures and laws. About environment he/she monitors and checks the compliance toward laws and Company Environment Management System moreover he/she contributes to accomplish environmental and sustainability objectives.
