Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with the creation of various design assets including but not limited to social media graphics presentations and marketing materials
• Collaborating with the creative team to develop and refine design concepts
• Preparing rough drafts and presenting ideas for approval
• Executing design tasks with attention to detail and following brand guidelines
• Conducting research for design inspiration and staying uptodate with industry trends
• Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing innovative design ideas
• Working on multiple projects simultaneously and delivering within deadlines
• Revising designs based on feedback from team members
• Communicating effectively with team members to ensure a smooth workflow
• Assisting in the production of visual content for various marketing channels
• Learning and applying design best practices to enhance the overall visual communication
• Assisting in the organization and maintenance of digital assets
• Contributing to the development of design strategies and concepts
• Attending team meetings and actively participating in discussions
• Seeking feedback on work and implementing improvements

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completing a degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field
• Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign)
• Strong understanding of design principles typography and color theory
• Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative design ideas
• Proficiency in using design software and tools to create visually compelling graphics
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
• Portfolio showcasing design projects and creative capabilities
• basic understanding of print and digital design requirements
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and web design is a plus
• detailoriented approach with a focus on accuracy and precision
• Passion for visual storytelling and creating impactful design solutions
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new design trends and technologies
• Understanding of brand identity and the ability to maintain brand consistency
