QA Automation Engineer

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and TestNG framework.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into automated test cases.
• Conduct manual testing activities including test case creation execution and defect reporting when necessary.
• Utilize Java programming skills to enhance and optimize automation frameworks and test scripts.
• Implement and maintain efficient data structures and algorithms utilizing the Collections Framework.
• Train team members on automation concepts best practices and tools.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster skill development and growth.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in automation testing and recommend innovative solutions.
• Participate in code reviews quality assurance processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of testing strategies methodologies and standards.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
• 45 years of experience in automation testing using Selenium WebDriver and TestNG.
• Strong proficiency in Java programming language including knowledge of data structures algorithms and the Collections Framework.
• Handson experience with manual testing methodologies and tools.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering highquality automation solutions within deadlines.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in training and mentoring team members on automation testing concepts and tools is preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as ISTQB Selenium or Java are a plus.
