As the Director of Commercial at Grand Millennium Tabuk you are a key player in driving revenue and optimizing the hotels commercial strategies. You lead the commercial team ensuring a comprehensive approach to sales marketing and revenue management to maximize profitability and enhance the hotels market position.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective commercial strategies aligned with the hotels goals focusing on revenue generation market share growth and enhanced brand positioning.
  • Lead the sales team to drive business through various channels including corporate group and individual bookings. Foster strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
  • Oversee revenue management practices including pricing inventory management and distribution strategies to optimize revenue streams and achieve budgeted targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing plans that enhance brand visibility attract target audiences and drive direct bookings.
  • Conduct regular market analysis staying informed about industry trends competitor activities and market demands. Use insights to adapt commercial strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with financial teams to develop and manage budgets for sales marketing and revenue management departments ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Foster collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless operations and a unified approach to guest satisfaction.
  • Lead negotiations for key accounts partnerships and contracts to secure profitable deals and longterm relationships.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the commercial team analyzing results and implementing corrective measures as needed.
  • Implement forecasting techniques to predict market trends anticipate demand and adjust commercial strategies proactively.
  • Contribute to enhancing the overall guest experience by aligning commercial efforts with a commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular and comprehensive reports to the General Manager highlighting performance metrics market insights and future strategies.
  • Foster a culture of excellence mentorship and continuous learning within the commercial team ensuring high levels of motivation and productivity.
  • Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of guests and colleagues as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
  • Adhere to the companys environmental health and safety procedures and policies.
