Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detailoriented Social Media Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the planning execution and optimization of our social media strategy across various platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for social media excellent communication skills and a knack for creating engaging content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling & Publishing: Schedule and publish social media posts using social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer Sprout Social).
- Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments messages and mentions in a timely and professional manner to foster community engagement.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay uptodate with the latest social media trends tools and best practices to ensure our strategies remain relevant and effective.
- Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns contests and promotions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing strategies and goals.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media content is consistent with the company’s brand voice style and messaging guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
