Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative at ACo you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your primary responsibilities will include answering customer calls responding to emails and assisting with various customer service tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products services and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries comments and complaints.
- Assist customers with product orders returns and exchanges.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
- Stay uptodate with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role preferably in a call center or similar environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and difficult customers with professionalism and patience.
- Proficient in using customer service software databases and tools.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
- A positive attitude and a team player mentality.
