Project Manager - Patient Recruitment in Clinical Trials fmd

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and leading international patient recruitment projects (30 countries) from start to finish ensuring adherence to quality standards project scope and timely delivery. Kindly note that this role involves collaborating with clients based in the United States operating within the Eastern Time Zone (EST) with dedicated working hours set from 12:00 to 21:00 CET.

Direct reporting line to Head of Project Management.

Tasks

• Leading and overseeing international patient recruitment projects across 30 countries ensuring quality adherence to scope and timely delivery.
• Implementing effective operational processes and practices to improve performance manage resources and ensure compliance.
• Developing strategies for operational management and patient recruitment initiatives addressing risks and providing innovative solutions.
• Enhancing efficiency and profitability in providing registry services and clinical trial recruitments.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients managing stakeholder expectations through effective communication.
• Managing and improving portfolio and project management processes. Ensuring all operations are conducted in a costeffective manner while maintaining high standards of quality control.

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies preferably Bachelors Degree in Project Management Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Masters in Business Administration (MBA) Masters in Project Management (MPM) Bachelor or Masters degree in Healthcare Administration Public Health Clinical Research Health Informatics Market Research Biostatistics Health Administration or Health Policy or equivalent qualifications.
• Experience in project management preferably in healthcare clinical trials or related fields.
• Proven track record in developing business processes and operational management.
• Professional project management certification (Prince2 IPMA or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in both English (and preferable another language) is a must with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (MS Project).
• A strategic and agile mindset with strong problemsolving negotiation and intercultural competence.
