OpenLoop is looking for a Patient Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be a member of the Clinical Operations Team collaborating closely with the Patient Support Lead.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist with provider support and patient contact
- Assist with client billing responsibilities
- Review daily visits to ensure accuracy of reporting
- Manage phone and email customer service needs
- May manage patient calls and emails using problem solving and resolution skills
Requirements
- 23 years previous experience in customer service/healthcarerelated programs
- Knowledge of medical terminology insurance plans and billing processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to handle confidential patient information with discretion.
- Proficient computer skills including experience with electronic medical records and registration systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
- Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
- Must be able to work from 9PM to 6AM Manila Time
- Must be amenable to reporting to our Makati or BGC office
