The HR Cum Admin is responsible for providing employees with the necessary tools and resources to succeed in their roles. They will also be responsible for the following:
- Following up with the HR Agency to ensure smooth processes.
- Handling STOP meetings
- Device allocation and employee documentation
- Assist the agency in the implementation of the HR policies
- Performance Management: Managing and monitoring employee performance including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
- Employee Relations: Handling employee relations matters including grievances conflicts and disciplinary actions.
- Handling adminrelated tasks to smoothen office operations such as collaborating with stakeholders for office necessities coordinating with IT vendors for device management processing vendor payments and resolving employee issues related to admin.
- Handling petty cash
- Actively participating in Employee engagement
- Handling the escalations and timely revert on each grievance
