Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing surgical procedures under the supervision of senior surgeons
• Conducting preoperative and postoperative patient assessments
• Assisting in diagnosing and treating patients with surgical conditions
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop patient care plans
• Participating in rounds and discussions on patient treatment plans
• Ensuring the maintenance of accurate medical records
• Providing patient education regarding surgical procedures and postoperative care
• Participating in continuous medical education and training programs
• Following all safety protocols and standards in the surgical environment
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives
• Contributing to the development of hospital policies and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with professional and ethical standards

Required Qualifications:

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical school
• Completion of a surgical residency program
• Valid medical license to practice as a surgeon
• Familiarity with surgical instruments and equipment
• Strong surgical skills and dexterity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
