Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals
• Create engaging and highquality content for various social media platforms
• Manage and monitor all social media accounts including scheduling posts and responding to comments
• Analyze and report on social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media into overall marketing plans
• Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates
• Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor and manage online reviews and reputation
• Coordinate with graphic designers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of content
• Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets
• Contribute to the development of social media content calendars
• Implement strategies to expand the companys social media reach and engagement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field
• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role
• Demonstrated expertise in social media platforms and best practices
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and tracking tools
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills
• Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
• Experience with social media management tools and scheduling platforms
• Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Solid knowledge of Photoshop Final Cut Pro Premiere Pro or other editing software
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly creative with a keen eye for detail
• Proactive and selfmotivated with strong problemsolving abilities
• Uptodate with the latest social media trends and technologies
• Understanding of social advertising platforms and content management systems
