ITClinical a leading healthcare IT company in Lisbon is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill a temporary Quality Assurance and Grants Associate role covering a maternity leave absence. In this dynamic position you will play a vital role in ensuring our company maintains the highest quality standards while supporting our research endeavors that contribute to advancements in healthcare globally.
About the Role:
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure and maintain ISO 9001 compliance across all ITClinical operations.
- Assist with internal and external audits including preparing documentation and completing audit questionnaires.
- Support the research team in securing funding through European grant programs such as Horizon Europe and P2030. This may involve tasks like proposal preparation budget development and compliance checks.
- Contribute to academic outreach initiatives fostering collaboration between ITClinical and academic institutions ultimately accelerating scientific progress in healthcare.
- Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support to the Quality Assurance and research teams.
Requirements
What You Bring:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Science Engineering Business) preferred.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles preferably with experience in ISO 9001 standards.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proficiency in preparing clear and concise documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with research funding programs (a plus).
- Interest in science and technology (a plus).
