Senior Artist

KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers: talent mapping assessment and reskilling services with training to companies. We are on the lookout for a Senior Artist with a rich background in tech gaming entertainment or advertising. The ideal candidate will bring a decade of experience to the table along with a proven track record of leading and managing creative teams.

Location:Ho Chi Minh

Functions

1. Lead and manage a team of artists providing guidance and feedback to ensure highquality visual outputs
2. Create stunning 2D illustrations and graphics using software like Adobe Photoshop
3. Oversee the artistic direction of projects ensuring consistency with the overall vision
4. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align artistic concepts with technical and narrative requirements
5. Oversee videography and video editing tasks
6. Mentor team members fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement

Requirements

1. 6 years of experience in a professional art role with a portfolio that showcases a deep understanding of artistic principle
2. Experience with video game asset production pipeline
3. Experience managing and leading a team of artists
4. Experience working with engineering and have some basic understanding of Unity
5. Exceptional artistic sense with an eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling
6. Strong communication and leadership skills
