Systems And Network Administration

Accountabilities:

• Successfully research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot advanced technical issues including but not limited to
• firewalls switches windows servers and cloud environments such as Azure account
• setup network configuration application support Active Directory management
• security incident response etc.
• Communicate regularly with assigned clients to ensure service quality meets client
• expectations.
• Provide critical incident management and be the interface between clients and technical
• teams within the company during outages and other significant events!
• Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
• Document and follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after
• troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• 3 5 years of solid experience in Systems administration position preferably in an
• MSP environment
• Advanced technical troubleshooting experience recognizing and resolving issues in
• several IT environments.
• Strong proficiency in endcustomer communication skills with the ability to successfully
• identify and address concerns.
• Administration experience with Windows AD environments storage area networks
• DHCP and DNS
• Robust knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops Microsoft Failover Cluster
• Microsoft HyperV Manager Microsoft System Center Virtual Machine Manager
• (SCVMM)
• Experience with hypervisors and virtualizations subsystems
• Administration experience with Microsoft Azure Office365 and AWS.
• Desktop support expertise including Windows Mac OS X Linux and Office 365.
• Proficient in administering and troubleshooting VoIP system.
• Skilled in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco network equipment.
• Expertise in administering storage arrays and backup tools.

Additional:

• Professional IT Certifications such as MCSA or MCSE (Microsoft 365 & Azure) Cisco
• CCNA CCNP CCIE or VMware VCP are ideal
