Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic service and acting as a software detective to ensure smooth functioning of the systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to resolve issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and troubleshoot issues ensuring timely resolution.
Develop and maintain technical documentation including standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles.
Participate in incident management and problem management processes ensuring adherence to service level agreements and operational level agreements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workplace Solutions.
Good To Have Skills: Experience in Program Project Management.
Strong understanding of application support and troubleshooting methodologies.
Experience in incident management and problem management processes.
Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information:
