Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Telesales Manager for our growing team. This role involves leading a team to generate sales through outbound calls maintaining communication and collaborating with digital marketing and operations management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team in prospecting qualifying and closing inbound leads outbound cold calls and customer portfolio expansion

• Oversee daily sales progress updates and reports

• Collaborate with the digital marketing team and sales management to optimize lead management

• Ensure the teams daily use of CRM systems

• Train coach and mentor the team for successful telephonebased sales

• Develop effective sales methods and strategies

• Others assigned by direct report

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any field

• At least 7 years of Telesales or Call Center experience required experience in Bank/Insurance or similar industry is an added advantage.

• At least 3 years of experience in leading coaching or supervising a Telesales team comprising a minimum of 10 members

• Effective communication skills with the ability to engage people at all levels demonstrating independence proactivity positivity strong work ethic and driven a cando attitude

• Proficiency in English

• Excellent team collaboration skills
