Our client is a leading Electrical Products and Solutions Provider in Thailand.
Responsibilities
Be a Strategic Sales Partner:
- Collaborate on sales strategies for your assigned region.
Define short and longterm sales goals.
Partner with local sales teams to develop area product group sales plans.
Negotiate the Product Group sales budget.
Become a Customer Advocate:
- Analyze customer needs and competitor offerings.
Ensure effective marketing activities clear communication to sales and customers.
Communicate the value proposition of products systems services and packages.
Support Sales Success:
- Help local sales teams and customers find the most suitable and costeffective solutions.
Assist in crafting compelling proposals.
Provide technical expertise during meetings presentations and negotiations.
Deliver product solution and servicerelated training.
Manage transfer pricing and sales to local teams focusing on volume mix and profitability targets.
Drive Growth and Improvement:
- Take ownership of specific customer cases to resolve issues efficiently.
Analyze lost proposals to enhance future competitiveness.
Conduct regular status reviews and propose recovery plans for potential shortfalls.
Request sales forecasts for assigned regions to support production planning.
Generate regular reports on area sales activities and training initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in engineering: Electrical or Mechanical are preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales.
- Knowledge of valuebased selling project management techniques processes and tools.
- A high level of selfmotivation curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies.
- A collaborative solutionsoriented approach.
- Strong communication skills in English.
