Define 23 years LeanSix sigma roadmap for the site.
Identify core team members with appropriate representation from various functions train them on various Lean concepts
and drive to achieve the Lean Six sigma roadmap for the Site.
To develop a culture of innovation by driving various innovative ideas for continuous improvement.
Ensure to drive sustainable initiatives to improve Lean Maturity at site.
