Telecaller

• Everyday Basis telephonic calls need to be made to channel partners and End customers.
  
• Knowing the opinions of clients and specific business requirements and using product expertise to satisfy those requirements acquiring an indepth understanding of technological requirements to ensure service quality.
  
• Identifying and developing new business through networking followup calls and coldcalling to create interest in products and generate new business leads.
  
• Documentation of Daily Calls funnels and relevant Details is a must.
  

Requirements

• Any Bachelor s degree or Masters preferred
  
• Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills are needed to work successfully with customers in ambiguous situations.
  
• Experience in tele calling BPO and IT Hardware sales will be preferred.
  
• Fluent in English is a must.
