Job Summary: The Communications Agent will be responsible for managing and executing various communication strategies to ensure effective dissemination of information both within the organization and to external audiences. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Internal Communications:
- Develop and distribute internal newsletters announcements and updates.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal meetings including town halls and departmental briefings.
- Create engaging content for the company intranet and internal social media platforms.
- Assist in the development and implementation of internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement.

External Communications:
- Draft edit and distribute press releases media advisories and other external communications.
- Maintain and update the company's website and social media channels with relevant content.
- Manage media relations including responding to media inquiries and coordinating interviews.
- Develop and execute public relations campaigns to enhance the company’s image and reputation.

Crisis Communication:
- Assist in the development and implementation of crisis communication plans.
- Respond promptly to communication needs during emergencies or critical incidents.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely information dissemination.

Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including clients partners and community organizations.
- Organize and participate in community outreach events and activities.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders to inform and improve communication strategies.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms including social media management tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
