Tasks

• Synthesis of dual color photoinitiators for R&D and production
• Characterization of small molecules (LCMS NMR)
• Characterization of photoactive compounds (UVvis spectroscopy)
• Lab organization
• Work in a team of enthusiastic scientists

Requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in organic chemistry
• Experience in synthetic organic chemistry especially small molecules
• Able to smoothly work in an interdisciplinary team with photochemists material scientists application engineers
• Find joy in solving synthesis problems and learning new skills

What can be an advantage

• Worked with photoactive or light sensitive compounds
• Practical experience in 3D printing
• Good sense of humor
