As a Social Media Assistant you will play a key role in managing our social media accounts creating engaging content and interacting with our online community.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor social media channels for trending topics news and relevant conversations.
• Engage with followers respond to comments and messages and foster positive relationships with our online community.
• Monitor social media analytics and track key performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives.
• Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
• Assist with other marketing tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite Buffer or Sprout Social.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of graphic design principles and experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
