Job Description: Qatar Airways Cargo is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and handling their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person to address their inquiries and concerns - Provide accurate information about our services, rates, and policies - Process booking requests and assist with shipment tracking - Handle and resolve customer complaints in a calm and professional manner - Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery - Maintain and update customer records in our database - Assist with administrative tasks as needed - Provide support to the sales team as required Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience - Proven track record of providing excellent customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Independent and hardworking personality traits - Problem-solving and time management skills - Proficiency in MS Office applications - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Arabic is a plus
