- Identify and implement datadriven solutions and insights through dashboards and reports in collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
- Analyze datasets using statistical techniques and data mining skills.
- Ensure accurate and reliable data collection from various sources by designing and implementing data collection strategies.
- Prepare datasets for analysis by cleaning validating and transforming them thoroughly.
- Support strategic decisionmaking and operational improvements by performing adhoc analysis and generate actionable insights.
- Utilize data visualisation tools and presentations to present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
- Keep uptodate on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics and property development to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics Economics or related field.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a data analyst or related role preferably in real estate or property development fields.
- Having a strong understanding of statistical analysis tools and programming languages like Python R SQL and/or SAS.
- A comprehensive knowledge of data visualisation tools such as PowerBI or similar software.
- Strong analytical skills with unstructured data.
- An emphasis on quality and committed to producing highquality accurate analysis and insights.
- Experience in processes of supporting data structures dependency data transformation and metadata.
