Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

• Provide ongoing technical knowledge and consultation on SuccessFactors talent management product suite Predominently in the Europe and IMEA regions with some global scope.
• Maintain and manage daytoday operation of SuccessFactors modules annual talent cycles and special projects.
• Collaborates with other departments for process optimization; Provides recommendations on configuration changes to meet business needs.
• Manages ongoing system configuration testing and deployment across the Performance Goals Development Learning and Recruiting modules.
• Project management of 3rd party integrations with SuccessFactors modules.
• Builds and maintains custom reports and dashboards; provides support in analysis of system data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system interface errors system related issues and unexpected results.
• Manage tickets for system issues and enhancement requests using ServiceNow.
• Conduct quarterly enhancement testing and validate system upgrades patches and new releases.
• Maintain create and update system and process documentation.
• Run reports and analyze as needed.
• Develop document and maintain system admin procedures and employee resource guides.
• Continuously review system capabilities to align with future organizational growth objectives.
• Provide end user support and training.
• Participate in current and future HR system related projects.
• Conduct audits in a consistent and timely manner and take actions to remedy any issues.
