Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
- Provide ongoing technical knowledge and consultation on SuccessFactors talent management product suite Predominently in the Europe and IMEA regions with some global scope.
- Maintain and manage daytoday operation of SuccessFactors modules annual talent cycles and special projects.
- Collaborates with other departments for process optimization; Provides recommendations on configuration changes to meet business needs.
- Manages ongoing system configuration testing and deployment across the Performance Goals Development Learning and Recruiting modules.
- Project management of 3rd party integrations with SuccessFactors modules.
- Builds and maintains custom reports and dashboards; provides support in analysis of system data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system interface errors system related issues and unexpected results.
- Manage tickets for system issues and enhancement requests using ServiceNow.
- Conduct quarterly enhancement testing and validate system upgrades patches and new releases.
- Maintain create and update system and process documentation.
- Run reports and analyze as needed.
- Develop document and maintain system admin procedures and employee resource guides.
- Continuously review system capabilities to align with future organizational growth objectives.
- Provide end user support and training.
- Participate in current and future HR system related projects.
- Conduct audits in a consistent and timely manner and take actions to remedy any issues.
