Your Commitment will include
- Supporting the ERP implementation team in executing the project.
- Analyzing and resolving application issues and errors at a secondlevel support.
- Developing workaround solutions for system limitations.
- Assisting departments in drafting requirement specifications.
- Collecting evaluating and documenting ICT and departmental needs.
- Developing solution proposals and decisionmaking bases from requirements.
- Supporting and overseeing external partners in implementing application requirements.
- Creating test cases evaluating and overseeing user tests.
- Generating updating and maintaining application documentation.
- Contributing to ICT projects.
Requirements
Achieving the difference requires
- You have completed training or studies in the field of computer science business administration marketing or a similar area.
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- Extensive experience in international project management and familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Specific further education and certification in relevant fields.
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant applications systems and processes specifically D365 F&SCM.
- Fluent in both German and English for secure communication.
